All products are checked by our team for defects or faults before processing the order.
We do not restock the same product unless its in a very high demand.

Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is wrong size  you may request a size exchange.(Only one time size exchange)

For all returns, the product must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition. It must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. All returns must be made within 2 days of the product’s actual date of delivery.

If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked within 4-7 working days.

Note: Zariya Fashion does not provide exchange of products. One Free size exchange is allowed.

The customer can call us at our customer care (+ 91) 9082629855 or email us support@zariyafashion.shop – within 2 days after receiving the product. The details of Order no. & reason for return should be shared with customer support executive. In case the product has any kind of defect, you may also need to attach the product picture with a unboxing video.

Refund – Terms & Conditions

Refund will be initiated only if the product is no more in stock with us, which will be checked by the Zariya Fashion quality team. Once the refund approval from the quality team is received.

Refunds will be credited back to the customer’s account, within 10-14 days of initiation of the refund, which is dependent on the mode of payment.
